From the Cuba Revolution won in 1959, United States has been carrying hostile policy to Cuba, and then the interference and the anti-interference become the major content of the bilateral relation during the Cold War. After the Cold War, The United States continues the policy being hostile to Cuba, and chiefly adopts such means as strengthening the economic blockade, reinforcing the diplomacy isolation and heightening the ideology infiltration.
