The relationship between China -African union
African union is a pan-African organization whose goal is to propel a united African continent towards peace and prosperity. But AU’s power is weak on the world political stage. In order to change the situation, AU has made some attempt and China also plays an important part in improving AU’s position. Beijing Forums onChina –Africa cooperation (FOCAC) is a good example. AU itself and China should cooperate together. It is really a long way to go.
