Abstract：
On February 24，2008，a new National Assembly of People's Power was held in Cuba，there is no suspense，the brother of Fidel Castro[1] was elected as the president of Cuba，meantime，on the National Assembly of People's Power which made up of 614 representatives，a new Council of State which made up of 31 members was founded．In Cuba，they carried out regime's succession calmly，Fidel announced that he would withdraw from the centre of power in Cuba．
Nowadays，although Fidel resigned from the leadership position，Fidel let the succession of Cuban regime carry out in an orderly manner，and in order to ensure the revolutionary achievement，his brother Raul Castro[2] succeeded Fidel's duties．In fact，since Fidel accepted an intestinal surgery in July 2006，Raul has been managing the government affairs on the Defense Minister post on behalf of Fidel，and is responsible for the specific operations．
In a word，Fidel Castro has a vast contribution and influence on revolution，the socialistic fruit[3] will be inherited by Raul Castro，Cuban will attain final triumph of right over might through their own making arduous efforts．

Introduction：
Fidel Castro is a celebrity internationally，who is both the chief of state and head of government，he has a legend of revolution in Cuba，which attracts many people to pay attention to him，thinking that he is a wizardly giant，moreover，under his leadership，the victory of Cuban revolution is a precious experience and treasure worthy of using for reference，and then many people are very interested in his brother Raul how to inherit and develop his legacy[4]，all of which are the motivation of writing this paper. This article belongs to the papers of social science，the known facts will be taken logically to write it in the form of reasoning，comment，summarization and deduction，this paper will adopt“target”，“both analysis and synthesis”，“documents investigation”，“longitudinal study of history”and“seeking truth from facts”approaches to scientific research，in order to acquire answers from the unknown things，the content will be in line with the requirements of dialectical materialism and historical materialism.
Some people think：Fidel establishes a clean-fingered，fair-and-square and unprivileged government. In the social welfare，he sets a good example of universal access to welfare．Fidel uses power to make the Cuban enjoy world-classed medical care and education service，at least，at when the Soviet Union aided. Resisting military invasion and economic blockade from the United States，Fidel Castro is in power near upon half a century，Latin America begin to study Cuban experiences and so on, all of which are Fidel's important achievement. Some Cuban don't want to transform，even though they live in poverty，they also live in a peaceful environment，who will support the socialistic regime.
Others consider：Fidel builds a society of fairness and equality，however，which is founded on the basis of poverty and highly centralized power. Fidel's guiding ideology with polity and economy leads millions of Cuban to being reduced to on the verge of poverty，hunger and political fear，Cuba has become a police state. Fidel has an authoritarian rule without opposition for more than 50 years，Cuba seems to be the only revolution being the symbol of Fidel，moreover，Cuba's welfare system is not perfect and the quality is not high. Nowadays，when more and more South American countries turn to socialism，not only will be this Cuban disaster，but also be the tragedy of South America. In a new era，Cuba's regime may fall suddenly，the state will move towards freedom and democracy quickly，some Cuban hope to improve their own lives by reforming，besides，the United States also want to take this opportunity to subvert Cuba's regime and destruct Cuban revolution fruit.
This paper will draw a result that Raul Castro will inherit the polity legacy of Fidel Castro，and promote socialistic development. Socialism has a tremendous vitality，Cuba will has a great development potential and a fine perspective，the Castro brothers will support socialistic and communistic career.
To sum up，this paper reflects much philosophy and truth from life，which has an educational significance and enlightenment in the world.

Nowadays，Fidel's age is older and his health is weak，although Fidel resigned from the leadership position，Fidel let the succession of Cuban regime carry out in an orderly manner by his own strong volition and clear instruction，and in order to ensure the revolutionary achievement，his brother Raul Castro succeeded Fidel's duties. ①Cuba suffers a tragedy for war from the 19th century to present．
The native Amerindian population of Cuba began to decline after the European discovery of the island by Christopher Columbus in 1492 and following its development as a Spanish colony during the next several centuries. Large numbers of African slaves were imported to work the coffee and sugar plantations and Havana became the launching point for the annual treasure fleets bound for Spain from Mexico and Peru. Spanish rule was severe and exploitative and occasional rebellions were harshly suppressed. It was U.S. intervention during the Spanish-American War in 1898 that finally overthrew Spanish rule. The subsequent Treaty of Paris established Cuban independence，which was granted in 1902 after a three-year transition period. Fidel Castro led a rebel army to victory in 1959，his iron rule has held the regime together since then. Cuba's Communist revolution，with Soviet support，was exported throughout Latin America and Africa during the 1960s，1970s，and 1980s. The country is now slowly recovering from a severe economic recession in 1990，following the withdrawal of former Soviet subsidies，worth 4 billion to 6 billion dollars annually. Cuba portrays its difficulties as the result of the U.S. embargo in place since 1961，Cubans attempt to depart the island and enter the U.S.，illicit migration to the U.S.，using homemade rafts，alien smugglers，air flights，falsified visas，or via the southwest border，which is a continuing problem. For instance，Some 2,500 Cubans attempted the crossing of the Straits of Florida in 2002，the U.S. Coast Guard intercepted 1,498 individuals attempting to cross the Straits of Florida in 2004.[6]
The miserable history of Cuban makes people have to revolt against authority in order to get free，in the war，Fidel has made great efforts and many contributions，leading people to battle against the aggressors for their homesteads，Fidel plays a very important role in course of war of independence and socialistic revolution，finally，Cuban attain their victory.
②Fidel disillusioned firstly，and was determined to arm for revolution．
Castro practiced law privately in Havana after graduation and ran for congress in 1952 until Fulgencia Batista seized control of the government in a coup d'etat. On July 26，1953，Castro led a revolt against Batista when he attacked the Moncada army barracks with 165 men and women. The attack failed and Castro was arrested. Later the same year at his trial，Castro makes a historic statement，ending with the phrase，"history will absolve me." He is sentenced to 15 years in prison，but is released two years later. Castro leaves Cuba and organizes a small rebel force in Mexico from 1955 to 1956. The young anti-Batista guerilla leader returns to Cuba in December 1956 with his brother Raul and Argentine revolutionary Ernesto "Che" Guevara aboard the yacht Granma. The Castro brothers，Che and a handful of men escape an ambush by Batista's army on the beach and begin their revolutionary campaign from the mountains of Cuba.[7]
The revolutionary movement gave birth to new strength and eventually toppled dictator Fulgencio Batista more than five years later. There was so much happiness that day，but there was even more anticipation，they built a country for the poor，not for the rich, there are very few countries like that in the world. After the means of peace and legitimacy fails，Fidel will decide to appeal to arms，finally，they seize political power.
③Fidel disillusioned secondly，and announced carrying out socialistic revolution．
Fidel Castro begins a whirlwind of meetings with Soviet leaders shortly after he comes to power. During a United Nations General Assembly meeting in New York in September 1960，Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev cheerfully hugs the Cuban prime minister. The two also spoke in Harlem during the visit to the United States. Repelling the April 17，1961，Bay of Pigs invasion was a major victory for Castro's government. The invasion tested his leadership as 1,500 Cuban exiles，supported by the CIA，landed in Cuba in the Bahia de Cochinas with the purpose of sparking a popular uprising and ousting the Castro government. Castro went to the front lines of the battle to monitor the situation and offer his troops support. Most rebels were quickly captured or killed by the Cuban armed forces and the invasion was stopped within two days.
