In human rights question, US publishes so-called “human rights report” about various countries’ human rights situation every year , who treats itself as the incarnation of the human rights standard. US holds many bad flags towards many countries’ human rights conditions, who requests other countries to observe the international human rights common divisor .But US herself set the international human rights common divisor in dark corner, who always does not face up to own human rights problems and has not raised one character about herself human rights situation, as if US's human rights did not have any problem.However the massive facts proved actually that, US has the serious infringement human rights event, for example, in Iraqi war prisoners were maltreated, in this case, does US can still discuss the human rights problem loudly?
What are US double standards on human right
⑴International human right law give the definition about human right standard
Universal Declaration of Human Rights was Adopted and proclaimed by General Assembly resolution 217 A (III) of 10 December 1948. It shows：
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards each other in a spirit of brotherhood. Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty[1].
⑵American give double standards on three kind of situations

There are three kind of situations US using the double standards on the human rights problem:

US once vigorously has supported dictatorship autocratic governments on the Iran, Brazil, including economy, military assistance; But to socialist countries US exaggerates “the human rights” problem. During the cold war, US convert to attack Soviet Union, the Eastern European various countries and Cuba on “the human rights”problem, after the cold war US has aimed at China, twisting the fact in the United Nations human rights conference to carry on the attacking and rumormongering.
3 Obey or do not obey , US adopt the different human rights standard. I want to know, which country in the world can be able to admit this atrocity like “314 event” ? This atrocity can be named “peaceful demonstration”? The atrocity crime is the atrocity crime, it cannot turned to be “peaceful demonstration” by certain Western countries’ beautification.
Since long ago, American certain public figure always feignedly to care about the Tibet develops and care about the Tibet human rights extremely, but in fact, actually they are wearing the colored spectacles to look at Tibet, they utterly did not understand, even are not willing to understand Tibet's reality. On constructing schools for Tibet, constructing the hospital, building the railroad, helping the Tibetan people to develop the economic by the central authorities, US do not think about, even also said this was the destruction to the Tibet culture and the human rights. They habitually use the double standards to make China to be demoniz.
For instance, Chinese government successfully build the railroad betweeen Qinghai and Xizang is an important matter which attracts worldwide attention. The railroad clear once played the vital role in the Western modernization advancement, in US's historical book had called “the railroad has written the page of new chapters in the American history”. For the developing country, the railroad function does not allow to underestimate, American public figures are also understand obviously of this point. Until now, when they onc introduces India, they also can mention the railroad frequently which England colonizer constructed in the past. An English newspaper has such description: “Said broadly that, the railroad has given the feeling of India unites”. But when the railroad build in China, the situation changed. When the Qinghai and Xizang railroad completed, "New York Times" publish a report, used the brickbat of some so-called commenter from Tibet and the West public figure in the speech, they thought this railroad “sacrificed the Tibetan minority people's benefit to receive in exchange for the Han person's benefit”[4]. British Broadcasting Corporation's website also utilizes the same “skill”, taking advantage of the oral account from “some commenter of the public figure”, they said “consumeing 4,200,000,000 US dollar to build Qinghai and Xizang railroad is a part of Beijing’s plan to destroys the Tibet culture. Beijing encourages the Han people to move into Tibet, assimilates the Tibetan”, and Beijing want to start to discuss on this topic.
Why is the similar railroad, in US is “the industrialization miracle”, is “benefits for India the people”, but in China was so quickly changed into “the destruction of Tibetan minority human rights culture”?
