Geo-politics means nation is under the condition of geographic environment and international politics. It analyzes and projects the war-strategy and relevant nations in the world or some area by all kinds of geographic factors and political situation.[1] Usually those kinds of study are based on the facades of geographic factors and used to considering on history, politic, military affairs and so on. While recently, with the advancement of globalization, it deepens the international profits, which are always mingle and tangle, and to some degree, seems more subtle between nations. Then, with the sweet excuse of anti-terrorism, America waged a war of Afghanistan in 2001. Soon afterwards, hanging the flag of helping to reconstruct the poor country, the NATO quartered in Afghanistan as well and took over the commanding power of garrison in 2003.
