China and U.S. is the important cooperation trade partner, however, their relation experienced up and downs during the past two decades, this thesis chooses one aspect-intellectual property as an example to seek to find correct ways that both sides should follow to develop the trade relation in the future, through present situations statement, history playback, cause effect analysis, China and U.S. legal system construction, advices maintaining good relations.
