The Qingzang railway opens to traffic on July 1, 2006. The railway passes by a lot of famous travel industry sites. It makes a miracle in the world history of the altiplano railway construction. The Qingzang railway will improve the economic situation of the Qinghai province and Tibet Autonomous Region; it also will do a good effort to improve the local resident’s daily life. And it will accelerate the cultural communion between the different ethnic groups. But, there is a very large number of tourists have a trip to Tibet by train. The problem of environmental influence by the railway was paid much attention by researchers all over the world. But they mainly focus on the Environment protection during construction. In this paper, I will introduce the safeguard of entironment by the government and focus on the problem of environmental influence after the railway was opened to traffic. And the indirectly influence to the way of local residents life, which will cause a series environmental problem.
