When modern medicine is still sighing with the final cure of AIDS, human being must try to find some other ways more effective to protect themselves from extinction. The global organization UNAIDS has done a lot by organizing people all over the world to fight against HIV/AIDS, which provides a great deal of successful experience for countries, for instance, multi-level cooperation between countries in a region is greatly appreciated by China and southeast Asia in combating AIDS, for the reason that they share much in this field.
Though regional cooperation in respect of “social regionalism” still has an indefinite future, but it promises, as the geo-economic and geo-politics are booming between China and ASEAN. What’s more, cooperation on public health, taking HIV provenance for example, may serves as a significant starting for the building of certain imagination called geo-society.
